1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Lesson Plan Sales and Usage

• Users, including teachers and parents, may purchase lesson plans for personal or educational use only.
• Purchased lesson plans may not be resold, redistributed, or republished in any form.
• Teachers may upload and sell their own original lesson plans on the Site, provided that:
  • They own the full rights to the content.
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property.
  • They are fully responsible for the legal basis, accuracy, and originality of the content they upload and sell.

3. Payments, Payouts, and Refunds

• Commissions: TweakTeach retains a commission on all lesson plan sales and tutoring fees, at a percentage as outlined in your seller dashboard. The remaining balance is credited to the seller/tutor.
• Payouts: Sellers and tutors may request a payout of their available balance at any time. Payouts will be processed to the user’s connected payment account (e.g., PayPal).
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the lesson plans provided on our Site, all sales are final. TweakTeach does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

• Teachers who sell lesson plans must ensure all materials are legally compliant and free from infringement of any third-party rights.
• Teachers may be invited to act as tutors. In such cases:
  • Personal information must not be disclosed to students unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Company.
  • All communication and conduct with students must comply with our Professional Conduct Policy, which will be separately provided.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to duplicate, reproduce, or resell any content from the Site.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
